Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@serivarm.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return address
As we operate internationally, return addresses may vary depending on your location. Please contact us before returning any item to receive the correct return instructions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items
Custom products, personalized items, and certain goods are not eligible for return. We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the outcome. If a return is required, refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the item. If a return is not required, refunds may be issued directly based on the situation.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If the return shipping cost exceeds the product value, we may offer a partial refund or replacement instead of requiring the item to be returned.
